My life seems to follow a pretty predictable and consistent pattern (this pattern being that there appear to be no logical inconsistencies or supernatural elements in it). So it is realistic enough that I will continue to live under the assumption that I exist and that this is not a dream.

If this were a dream, there would be no other conscious, sentient beings around. There would only be you, and your singular consciousness. The fact that you are reading my answer that I have thought of and composed independently of your mind affirms that indeed, neither of us is dreaming.

We can extrapolate that out to anybody reading this answer, and soon to anybody reading this website, and so forth until we realize that no one who is awake at the present time is dreaming.
