  1. No. I did go through a period of that a few years ago but I worked through it and found my way.

I agree with most things my religion says. I question some things but questioning is encouraged in my religion so I question and question until I have the answer.

  2. Hey there!! I was rasied a jew,  not religious though, havent noticed many other jews on the board here actually..  anywho, as i got older i made my own choices and yes i saw things differently.. I stopped believing in goblins, elves, the tooth fairy and unicorns and thus didn't believe in god although the rest of my family still does. I do agree with some things religion says but i honestly think we'd be better off without all the problems it's caused the world. My religion in general, too far fetched, God is soo cruel, doesnt give the jews any fairness at all, he's portrayed horribly in the torah, atleast in christianity he's not as vengefuland angry all the time!! Who needs all those dietry laws anyway? And saturdays!! Feel sorry for the religious jews out there!! Talk about a boring day!

  3. No everything in my life leads me back to my faith.

  4. yes. i left there officially over a decision that I felt was unbiblical.i totally 100% agree w/ the church doctrine. i do have some ideas of my own that i keep to myself though. i have learned them through study and talking to others. i feel no threat to my loyalty to christ by this. for example, i have broadened my horizons due to some lds theology.

  5. No, but i am finding myself drifting away from my church.  My church is non-denominational.  When I first started there, I thought it was the most fantastic church I had ever gone to.  After five plus years, I have seen a steady change in the pastors and overall structure in the church and the staff.  Then there was a large parcel of property donated to the church, 18 acres.  This is when things really started to change. They had tent meetings to get people to pledge money they didn't have,  They had on line auctions to raise more money.  Now it is so commercialized and you can see the stress on the pastors faces.  And it reverberates all through out!

I don't feel God's presence there anymore, not like I used to.

This saddens me greatly. I know now  that I must search inward to find God.  Because this is exactly where He is!  This is where He will stay and I won't need to search anymore, anywhere else.

  6. I am not, I agree with the Bible and Jesus.

  7. Actually, I'm plunging back into it headlong right now. After being unchurched since my divorce, I am now resuming my trek toward the priesthood.

  8. i am taught that all religion is in a state of apostacy.
