  1. i recycle all the time and i always try to do my part at saving the environment--also i am vegetarian which is the single best thing you can do to improve the environment and help in eliminating global warming

  2. I do things to help, but not as much as possible.  I use durable, reusable, cotton grocery bags and have opted for 100% of my electric used to come from "green" sources.

  3. i try to be.  i use canvas bags and recycle too.  oh yeah, and my household eats no meat either!!!

  4. Yes, I do what I can.  I recycle everything they will take out on the curb (everything but paper and glass).  I think the one thing I am most happy with is the fact that I only drive about 50-75 miles per month.

  5. Yes.

I travel by train instead of car,as much as possible, changed all bulbs into saving energy ones, don't use chemical substances for the plants,of course i recycle, buy food in bioshops, use natural substances for cleaning the house...

    and others...

    not to mention-i'm vegetarian.

  6. Yup.  I try to operate the plant where I work in the best manner possible.  My acid plant takes gas that's about 130,000 parts per million of sulfur dioxide, and makes 94% sulfuric acid out of it.

The amount of gas is huge - about 160,000 cubic feet per minute gas flow at a concentration of 130,000 ppm SO2 enters my plant.  What leaves is about 160,000 cfm of gas flow at 68 ppm SO2.
