Are you even ALLOWED to play football in school using shirts and skins?

Question

I'm on the football team as an elective and a few people have hinted that we play using shirts and skins- EG, one team keeps their shirts on, and the other takes off their shirt to show that they are on the opposing team. Now, I'm not concerned about how I look- but more about safety. Everything I've seen, they at least wear helmets and put on red or blue tops so they can identify each other.

don't take ur shirt off that could actually be dangerous! just wear little red and blue pinnies on top of ur current jersey!

nowadays probly not but i think it should be allowed

At my school, they do. I know. Everytime I sat outside for lunch, I see them playing. Some had their shirts on, some were off.
