Question:

Are you fed up answering questions as honestly as you can only to find yourself insulted by the poster?

Somebody posts a question. You give your honest opinion, but perhaps try to lighten it with levity. Then you get treated like something somebody trod in. What do you think of posters who react like this? Fragile egos or what?

  1. An interesting point.  Another is the use of the power of answer to grind one's ancient axe.  I have had too many of these moments with Martians of late, far too many...not unexpectedly, they're constitutional imbeciles.

  2. Yes!  And I also hate when they get so mad at me for being honest, that they post my answer as a voilation.  Get a life, people!  If you don't want opinions, or to be judged, don't post here!

  3. i Come Across this problem on the High street Too Is It OK to Diss them Aswell

  4. well perhaps they think they are being clever, which they aren't, however the ones i object to are the vile e mails, i received another the other day. I wish YA would get a system in place, that if you block someone, that automatically blocks e mails just from that person.

  5. i know! they ask for critiquing but they get angry at u and pick the answerer that sucks up to them post for a bonus 10 points.

  6. Some people find difficulty in accepting the truth therefore the lash out at the people who are prepared to be honest with them as they know this is the truth.

  7. Some people are ignorant arrogant and obnoxious and they have no manners decorum or etiquette when it either relates to an honest opinion or sensitive answer. I feel it is something to do with their egos and imagery that they try to portray with a certain cleverness and then they find themselves in a situation that has un-nerved them and so not to look stupid , its the only feasible solution they can find.
