  1. No. I've never put anyone in detention for seven years.

  2. Fathead, are you saying it is a crime or a choice for somebody to be born? If this was you, no doubt your fat head would be quivering with rage like a plate of jelly on a vibrating bed.

You have my greatest sympathies mate, it is obvious that you have been barely even skilled in the detention centres, if you have spent 7 years there, why have these 'free english classes' i hear about not taken effect? Unfortunately there is no quick fix here, we cannot open all our centres and let people in unregulated, you must understand this. We must police our borders from illegal immigration lest our population become full of people who are not contributing to our economy and yet, eating our food and taking advantage of our welfare. There are twenty two million of us, there is room for twenty million more, but not two billion! And that is roughly the amount of people that would come to our country if we opened our borders up to everybody. Surely you understand that we are in a problematical situation here? I know that the life you have lived over the past seven years has been terrible and uncertain- and you have my deepest wishes for your entry into australia. Know that there are australians who are trying to reform the conditions of these centres, )and your poor english after seven years internment is a perfect demonstration of how bad the conditions are) and find workable solutions to our immigration dilemma. My best wishes for you.

  3. they should

  4. Well apparently you are an unwelcome guest in Mr Howard's country. A smart person would go home by now.

  5. Perhaps you'd prefer to be sent back to your country of origin?

  6. I don't think we should put refugees into detention camps.  We should either accept the refugee status, assist in getting them to another country to be refugees there, or send back to the home country if NO country will accept them.

Maybe Amnesty International is a good organization to check into, if you feel your human rights are being violated.

  7. I do not feel personally guilty just frustrated.  Government does have a responsibility to protect the life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness of it's citizens so it must regulate the entry of people into the nation.  Government must stop the criminal, diseased, ideologically incompatible {terrorists and the like}, and such numbers of people that would be economically unemployable, unmanageable for law enforcement, or culturally unassimilable.  that said the US government federal and states does a horrible job. we attract illegals because its to easy to get work illegally here.  it's a political-economic issue because illegals benefit from socialist programs and laws such as medical providers having to provide emergency services to people that can't pay, state unemployment benefits, state schools, etc. It's a social-political issue because many of these people don't want to become citizens yet wish to stay here permanently. such persons have little respect for law and are much more likely to be criminals or have selfish interests contrary to that of the citizens. meanwhile, the legal channel for immigration is over restrictive, expensive, bureaucratic, time consuming, and unfair. as for detention camps in foreign countries for displaced persons I would have to consider opportunities missed both by the detained and by nearby countries, especially those of the same ideology or religion as the detained.  I would also have to take an onest look at the cause of the displacement.  also I can't feel responsable for all that happens beond my borders.

  8. Who is this question aimed to? I don't feel guilty, because I've never put anyone in detention or any of that. What country are you from?

  9. I don't feel guilty, because I didn't do a thing to this dude.
