  2. I am slim guy and i eat little ....

    here is what i do ...

    >drink tea....it kills appetite....

    >have u ever seen a jain/buddhist monk ..visit them ...how much control they have over food and everything. It will give u inspiration and will power.

    >meet a dietician or vlcc centres etc ....or right expert to really guide you but dont do anything harmful for health in long term ...consult ur doctor before going for vlcc.....

    >stay focussed and ask ur family to keep u reminding abt ur goal .

  3. i am a Huge FOODIE

    in fact I feel i have only one addiction and that is to keep eating but i'm coming up with alternatived with this so that i dont end up loosing my health(i'd like be fit)



    method no 1, is to have black coffee without sugar, even if u dont like the tase, sometimes it really kills the hunger.

    method no 2, is whatever you eat, try n eat homecooked stuff, keep your house full of munchies, just keep telling your mind that eating outside food is a waste of money, trust me outside food all the time can be so fatal for health.and yes, try and keep healthy stuff at home.

    method no 3 , that i personally use is I switch on MTV or VH1 very loud and dance with these skinny girls in the music videos, at least for a while I get so psyched that even if I eat I eat healthy :))

  4. I like to cook and eat too. I also like to talk, read, write about food.

    So Yes, i guess I am a foodie.

    I think there is nothing wrong in enjoying food. But 'everything in moderation '. That is my motto. I do not like to give up food for the sake of dieting. But I do like to eat healthy. Indulging once in a while in the items I love is ok.

    I also do regular exercises, go for walk etc.  That helps in maintaining weight.

    If you want to lose weight, look to change your lifestyle instead of going on any kind of dieting or fasting. Make healthy changes. If generally you are eating healthy food, doing regular exercises such as walking, cycling, yoga etc. You will lose weight.

  5. Do the same but take half, still u can enjoy food...eg:instead of 4 pieces take 2,every thing reduce half to the original intake...That doesn't come under dieting.I'll do the same, but to reduce my Tummy :)
