  1. I'm for Global Warming, since it's a natural cycle of the planet, but I'm worried about living through another cooling trend while I still live in Minnesota.

  2. Hmmm ... let's see .... warmth is necessary for food .... which in turn helps us to live.

I believe that I am for global warming!  (I've grown rather fond of living).

  3. I want the earth warm. man has thrived in the warm times and died off during the ice ages.

If you ment to ask are we in favor of pouring money into a bottomless pit called AGW, then no, I'm not for doing that.

  4. I'm for most aspects of it then the ones I'm not for- so it can stay. Oh wait, I don't make those decisions anyways!!

  5. I don't see why some people think global warming will be good for us. It's messing up the ecosystems plants and animals have been adapting to for millions of years and this will have more negative than positive effects for us. for example malaria might soon be a problem in europe because the warmer climate is allowing for the anopheles moquito to move further north. There will be other problems too, but that's just one example of how species will have to move to different habitats (if they can find one to replace their old one). So we should try to slow down global warming since we can't be sure if we can deal with all the problems it might cause.

  6. I think that whatever is happening to the planet right now must be ok for us!

We've adapted before, we can do it again.

  7. Without it we wouldn't be here! I'm all for it! We need global warming or we would live on a freezing cold planet! However I'm all for keeping the change in global climate change at a steady rate.. so we humans can adapt to the effects of course! :-)

  8. I'm for global warming. We need it.

  9. Mikira my mother and I left Minnesota in 1947 because we could not handle the hot humidity in mid summer there. I remember walking through one of the parks along the river in august and the air being so loaded with humidity that even if the bugs were not there breathing was difficult. Maybe this memory is why I never went back and stayed in California.
