  1. I'm for it.

  2. Against abortion no matter who funds it.

  3. I am completely against abortion regardless of who funds it!

Would you like to know what I am for though? KEEPING YOUR LEGS SHUT!

More and more young women are using this as a method of birth control, and it's BS! Why should an innocent being suffer for the mistakes his irresponsible, selfish parents make? If you are mature enough and ready to engage in sexual intercourse then you should have the mind to think things through thoroughly! Think of all of the consequences BEFORE you partake in the act. If you cannot afford or are not ready for a child in other ways don't have s*x. Simple as that.

  4. What constitutes "federally funded"?  As far as I am aware the USA still doesn't offer its populace a universal health care programme (unlike the rest of the developed world).  Those fortunate (or unfortunate)  to have McHealthCare insurance buy that from private insurance carriers.

    Nicht war?

  5. If it means fewer children ending up in foster care, then I don't have a problem. Our foster care system is already overburdened as it is and adding more unwanted children to it will make the problem worse.

  6. Against, I have nothing against a woman having an abortion if she wants one, but she should pay for it herself. She got pregnant without the governments help and I can think of better things for the government to spend money on, like housing the homeless or feeding the hungry, taking care of abused and misplaced children, etc.

  7. Against.

  8. For.

Footing the bill for abortions for the poor will cut later costs.

For instance- less need for social welfare. Food stamps. Section 8. Medicaid. WIC. CHIPs.

Smaller public school classes. Fewer projects.

Also, consider the "Freaknomics" suggestions on the crime rate. Criminals rarely come from the middle and upper classes. The lower classes sometimes don't have an abortion sheerly because they can't afford one.

When abortion became legal, the crime rate 18 years later was drastically lower than expected. This is not a coincidence.

In addition to federally funded abortion, I'm for federally mandated s*x education in all public schools, very detailed, comprehensive and every year.

Free birth control pills, condoms, spermicide, etc etc etc.

This will cut down on a good portion of America's ills.

  9. Definitely FOR.

  10. For.

    There are enough people already.

  11. For it.

  12. For. Under our federal universal health care system (in Australia), most medical procedures are funded and I personally don't see why that one should be any different.

    Cheers :-)

  13. Against

First, children were viewed as a gift or heritage from the Lord. Second, the Scriptures state--and the Jews concurred--that God opens and closes the womb and is sovereign over conception. Third, childlessness was seen as a curse.

  14. Yes for the same reason as RoVale we in the US have 1.2 million  children involved with child protective services, juvenile centers, etc.

  15. For, it should be free
