Are you getting Quick Comments and Messages on 360, that you already received weeks ago?

I’m getting old mail on 360, that I’ve already responded too, as if it was just sent.

Sometimes, I’ll delete messages and they stay there.

I’m getting testimonials, that it won’t let me accept them.

Also, I have my message alerts set up to go through Messenger.

I've received alerts for Quick Comments & Messages, that I never actually got.

When is the NEW 360 coming?

Yes. You are getting "ghost" alerts. You are not the only one. I'm getting those as well (and probably a lot of other people). These are likely comments that you've read a long time ago on your page, but you are just now getting the e-mail alerts for them. They are likely mixed in with legitimate alerts.

If you go to your comment area and you don't see the comment, again it's likely a comment you've already seen so don't worry about it. Delete the alert. UNLESS you haven't been checking your comment box regularly.

Often Yahoo servers get backlogged and they burp up messages they should have sent to you a long time ago. If you don't want this to happen in the future, turn off your alert settings on your 360 space and only rely on what comments that you actually see on your space.

You may get legitimately missing messages later or you can just ask the people to re-send them.

See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-4D4zxsg6f... for more information on 360 glitches. The deletion problem and testimonial problem are just more glitches, that have no solution. You can just keep trying to accept and delete, perhaps they'll eventually work. Or ask the person to cancel their testimonial and send it again.

NOTE: Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in the 2nd half of 2008. There has not been a more specific date announced on the blog yet. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details or click the "Yahoo! 360 News" link on the upper right of your 360 space. However, they are no longer fixing bugs related to Y!360, so there's no point in trying to contact them about it.
