A man goes to a prostitute and contracts a disease, which he then spreads, possibly to his own wife.  No victim?

A person becomes addicted to gambling and loses their entire savings, their house and everything they own ... that would affect their family, possibly with children.  No victim?

You evidently have never had any real experience with narcotics addiction.  It affects everyone that person knows.  No victim?

Forgive those right-wing extremists for looking out for these innocents that you protest do not even exist.

They do not claim to be victims, but prostitution gambling and drugs ruin plenty of lives of people close to or otherwise connected to the people with these addictions.

While the groups you are obviously angry with are in many cases little better than the ones you should be angry with, these problems ruin a lot of lives and if people do not get help themselves, somebody else will step in, this is not new. It is best to stand strong against these loosing activities and not have criminals or government telling you what to do.

You know, I have no idea why those three are considered so evil.  Prostitution does not stop a man from cheating on his wife if he is so inclined.  Also, in places where prostitution is legalized, the s*x workers are frequently tested, and kept safer than they would be in other environments.  People are going to gamble whether or not it is "legal".  Anybody who has participated in a football pool is gambling, yet no one really looks at that with disapproval.  And don't get me started on narcotics.  If you ask me, I think alcohol destroys more lives and families than narcotics ever could, not to mention the fact that prescription medication is just as bad if not worse than narcotics.

I DON'T think so.  

Take a look at how many people steel & commit heinous crimes, all to get money for drugs.  Exactly how is that victimless?  And, then prostitution, think about how many prostitutes spread decease to their "Johns", and get deceases themselves.... and gambling... I've personally seen people drop their mortgages at the casino....I'm sure their families weren't too happy about that "victimless" crime.  

I'm not quite sure where you find that these are "victimless" crimes.

LOL, I have to laugh because Harry Reid, Senator of NV, is mormon and yet I dont see Nevada making prostitution or gambling illegal anytime soon.

Just because you and I have not been a victim of any of these, doesn’t mean there haven’t been victims.

For example:

Prostitution - do I even need to go into the virtual slave rings that exist in this world to satisfy the demands of this market? Talk to any law enforcement agency, and they will tell you slavery is alive and well in our world, except instead of working the fields, they're working the streets.

Gambling - My mother's father worked in construction (helped build Disney World). But because he was addicted to gambling, they didn’t' even have money for food. I'd say her and her 10 brothers and sisters were victims. She had an infant sister that starved to death before the state stepped in and removed them from the house (and probably saved my mother's life).  And most therapists recognize gambling as an addictive habit that can ruin families. Not to mention the whole organized crime and lending shark side of the issue.

Narcotics - are you kidding me? Have you seen the death toll for this victimless crime? My husband has a friend from Columbia and the subject came up once of why he came to the USA. I wish I didn't know the answer. He refused to run some drugs for a particular gang, ever heard of MS-13? Well he has. He came home from work to find his unborn child hanging from his porch by its umbilical cord and his wife's decapitated head sitting on his kitchen table.

To say any of these particular crimes are victimless shows your absolute ignorance about the world you live in.
