I'm voting for McCain no matter what, but I was going to watch Obama's speech until they moved it to the football stadium. It just goes to show that he's too full of himself. It reminds me of when Jesus was feeding the 5,000 and he had to move to higher ground so he could preach to the people. Does Obama really need to "preach" to so many when he'll be on camera reaching millions upon millions of people? Is he really that full of himself?

I find it appalling. If McCain does something similar I won't bother watching his either.

What an meglo-egomaniac.

  1. Of course.  I haven't missed a major speech all week..

I do wonder if the pre-speech concert will be televised..

  2. yea cuz mccain is humble mchumblet. he's definitely not full of himself at all. not like two people who think that they have the ability to run the largest economy on earth might both be egotistical...nahh...how DARE that obama want to speak to his supporters! shame on him! i want him squirreled away in some back room, looking at the floor the whole time preferrably.

  3. No, because I am sure the liberal media will air snippets of it over and over again for the next three days.

  4. No, I have heard all I need to hear.  He is just a good speaker with an empty message.  He has no experience and it doesn't matter how many democrats they line up to tell me he does, it doesn't change the fact that he was a community organizer with out a leadership position.

  5. Yes, I watch both conventions.

  6. yes

  7. No I have to work, but wasn't planning on it anyway...I really don't want to be brain washed.  He is a good talker and he knows what to say to get the vote.  I'm really worried that his actions, if elected, will be nothing like his promises in all of these media grubbing speeches.

  8. Yes I will be watching.  Too bad your partisan blinders are so effective that you cannot even watch a speech by an opposing candidate.  Unlike you, I don't shrink from hearing the opposing point of view.  The rest of your screed is just partisan blathering.  Get real.

  9. I will watch it for the picking-apart from media.

McCain, though not cherasmatic, will be better for his substance and accomplishments. Period.

  10. Sure I will take a look...probably won't make it past 10 minutes or so...I can't listen to the guy...lying polecat...

  11. I will watch him.  It doesn't matter where he speaks because the message is important, not the venue.

Before you say that you are going to vote for McCain no matter what, listen to this

  12. If McCain could gather a crowd of 70,000, you bet your bippy he would do it. Please don't assume McCain is a humble man. Terrible mistake.

I am going to watch it at the Obama headquarters :>

  13. I'll try. But Obama makes my skin crawl. As did Bill Clinton.

  14. No. I have a baseball game to play, and if it is rained out, i'll find sponge bob more factual and entertaining than obama...

  15. Nope,  I'm turning off my television tonight to make sure I don't see anything of it.

  16. yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
