Simple answer: Correction my dear Watson. You don't "interrogate". You are a "greeter" and you welcome guests to the winery. Been there done that.

Interrogation only happens when you're trying to obtain facts or evidence to take an action for or against someone. The interrogator only knows "what happened" but does not know "why", "when" or "how" it all happened. The task of the interrogator is "find out" answers to these questions.

That's interrogation my dear Watson. Elementary, pure elementary.

As long as I can use my own methods...a rubber hose is effective...

if you don't use any brute strength in doing so it's not so much of an interrogation.
