  1. You're mixing yourself all up here because you're jumping from metric to standard. If gas is $1.05 per liter, which because you appear to be in England, I'm probably right, it's $3.97 per gallon. If you get 26 miles per gallon, you will use about 10.16 gallons, or 38.46 liters. At $3.97 per gallon, that's $40.34 that you're going to need. I would take a little more. If gas really is $1.05 per gallon, you will need about $11.00.

  2. What's the Altima's gas mileage?

    I just read your details:

Ok, at 26 miles per gallon, think this way:

You get 26 miles with one gallon, so you need 10 gallons to get those 260 miles. Each gallon is $1.05, so multiply that and get just over 10 bucks.

To be exact: It will be $10.66.

  3. if you cant figure that out your dumber than a box of cameras. How did you ever get your license?

  4. Forget that, I want to know where you get gas for $1.05?

Oh, and you can't get an answer unless you know your average miles per gallon.

  5. You have left out a key variable; the amount of fuel your gas tank holds. If you need to refill before the end of your trip, I can almost guarantee the price won't be $1.05. And is this $1.05 flat, $1.05/gal, $1.05/liter?
