What's your sign

By design I'm benign

But I resign my mind

To align in the confine

Of divine prevention

My contention

That my intention

Of reinvention passes convention

To agitated suspension with

Linear attention directing me

Perfecting me while inspecting the vaults

Deflecting the faults selecting to aim

For sure of nothing in this war of birth

Right I fight no end in sight

My plight to rearrange cells

I'm trapped in

This h**l

I'm wrapped in this well

I'm tapped in too...

I am half of you

  2. Extremely clever, and a joy to read....I must try something like this...I'm a bit bored to-day. (it isn't only the rappers who can extract every inch out of rhyme sounds, obviously)  Read aloud it is such fun (and yet it also has a serious point to make)

I particularly like the inspecting the vaults/deflecting the faults -lines

  3. Half way through I'm saying, "Wow!" This is like a twister in my brain. I've just got to find time to visit my thesaurus in order to find words to describe the beauty and uniqueness of this writing.

  4. Well, sniff, since I'm female...no.  However...have inherited his ability to work with furniture and do-it-yourself projects.  Otherwise, I'm like my mother.

  5. You are definitely in the running for "2nd Best Poet on Yahoo!"...heehaw!

  6. Clever, but also a message contained within the rhymes.  Are you now a half timer?  I like.

  7. I would have to strive greater to be half the man that my Dad was!  He was my hero!  God rest his soul!
