i enjoy most things that come with fall; the hot apple cider, cinnamon doughnuts,  pumpkins, halloween, the changing of the leaves, the first snow fall, thanksgiving etc etc but school i'd rather do without

It might not feel like summer to you anymore because school is starting... but it's  technically not fall yet. Fall or Autumn doesnt start til September 22, 2008. So we still have a couple of more weeks of summer left.

T be honest, fall around here is no different from any other season. Only it rains more sometimes.
