Russia entered the Georgian territory to neutralize it's military bases, from where the bombings of Ossetia continued. After destroying those bases, Russian forces left Gori and other cities. The war is over.

Yes. Although Georgia started this whole thing by breaking a cease fire agreement a few days ago, somehow I don't think they'll make that mistake again anytime soon.

Abso-fuka-lutly!!! However, Russia thinks its got away with this!! I hope it does'nt! What it thinks it's got away with, is putting fear into the minds of all remaining Eastern European countries not to join NATO and EU.
