  1. I respect his choice, why should he pledge allegiance to that fatuous parasite?

  2. I would respect principles, there's not much else as humans we have.

Better to not pledge allegiance at all rather than pretend. The many celebs and the like who have refused a knighthood due to their principles, i have the greatest respect for.

  3. The fact is all the MP's that voted in favour of the EU treaty have swore allegiance to the EU, not the Queen or country.

To do a link just copy and paste the addy you want always placing http at the start as below..

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-...

  4. That story has everything to do with PC Euro claptrap and nothing about allegiance to one's own country. NOTHING impresses me about these twits with a capital A that now govern us. There is nothing of principle about it. If they wont swear allegiance, they should not even get a job.

NO WONDER WE'RE IN A BLUDDY MESS.

  5. We are supposed to be a democracy so people should be able to make their own minds up whether they want a monarchy or not but to hear that ******** cretin tebbit talking about attacks on the state makes me ******** sick. This ******** low life b,stard attacked anything and anybody that didn,t agree with his way of thinking, he has had his day along with the rest of the ******** thugs that the evil thatcher employed, why doesn,t this t**t keep his nose out of politics didn,t he and his partners who sold Britain to all and sundry do enough damage to our once great country? I only have one thing to say to tebbit, get on your bike and keep on riding to where ever it takes you, just don,t come back.

    EDIT

I certainly don,t expect this posting to last long before being objected to I,m sorry but although I am massively disappointed in NON socialist NEW labour, I just can,t forget the hardships this bunch of hoodlums inflicted on the working class people of this country.

    EDIT THE MECHANIC

HYPOCRITES! you have either a selective memory or a dangerously short one  the evil one (thatcher) was h**l bent on destroying a great tradition in our country ( the union movement ) whilst championing Lech Walenska (a better politician than her or tebbit btw) and the union movement in Poland.

HYPOCRISY? like all tories and their sympathisers you don,t know the meaning of the word.

It is also painfully obvious that you don,t have the remotest idea of the difference between comunism and socialism.

Having said that I would like to remind you that the evil one (thatcher) who,s obsessive enemy was communism  said and I quote, "there is no such thing as society" I would suggest to that you think about that, what ever station in life you occupy.

  6. Not clever and not grown up.If you have principled objection to the Oath let's hear it.If we agree we can vote to abolish it.If we don't either take the Oath or refuse the Queen's shilling or these days would it be nearer £60,000 plus Expenses.Good for you for posting this.

  7. Tony banks was a disaster as a Minister and was a well known republican, just like skinner.  Didn`t stop him making the House of Lords though - hypocrite springs to mind.

  8. He won't be working towards anything unless it's from beyond the grave! He died in Jan 2006

  9. You have only to look at the now defunct Soviet union , to see the mentality of left wing loonies, at there height the proletariat had Private education for there children and denied it to other citizens private cars massage parlours  and brothels, private stores well stocked with luxury goods ( normal citizens were bared) were the norm for them,  tide that in with the fact they could not be removed from there positions by  the peoples vote gives you a good idea of the hypocrisy of the lefties, as for Tony Banks not swearing loyalty to the head of state he knew the rules when the put himself up for office , again more hypocrisy.

  10. He was being childish.   Should simply have refused.

  11. crossing his figures ?
