  1. Wales should take notes on some of NZ rugby structures but try to develope their own style,dn't try to mimick the AllBlacks cause only the ABs play like the ABs.

When Ted was coaching Wales and the Lions, they thought he was too hard but he got results.Develope your game at grass roots level, schools, rugby clubs etc.Wales were a major force in the 70s and im sure they have a weath of knowledge coaching NZ rugby players is a dream for any  overseas coach, alot of welsh players dnt hv the same skill and size as NZders{thats excluding the national side}.so i think its good for them to come here and learn more so they can add it to their own game

  2. Do they need there help.

I would like to see All Blacks expand there knowledge base and try and emulate some of the positives from the English and South African forward pack.  The Australian back line, they have very good ball skills according to the Billy Bush a great forward.  The French can be very brilliant as well.

The  All Blacks should bring back some spontaneity in the game.  That's what the All Blacks use to excel at, just put the pedal down and go for it.

  3. If it grows the game it's all good.

Anyone nation should be welcome . . . as long as they open their wallets.

  4. I dont mind the Welsh.  They are the only other country in the world with Rugby as their national sport.  The NZ/Wales connection goes back a long way.  If they are the only ones smart enough to swallow their pride and come learn some things in NZ, then thats good for them!  They can bring the Scots and Irish too if they want.

The poms, bokkies and ozzies are all too arrogant to believe that NZ could be better than them no matter what we do.

  5. The way Wales are playing at the moment any help is a positive.

  6. ~ Henry was in Wales, Jones is going to SA, Deans is linked to Australia, Nucifora is in NZ.  It's the era of professional rugby and it's all about the growth of the game.

NZ has so much depth in all facets of the sport i.e ~ facilities, resources, knowledge etc it certainly doesn't have to feel threatened about how much will be gained by others through sharing! ~
