If you are asking because you WANT to be in touch with the paranormal, like experience paranormal activity, such as you've probably become more interested recently by watching T.V. shows about ghost hunters and that kind of thing...the only way to get in touch with it yourself is by being dedicated in your spare time getting out there and joining groups that follow notorious places of reported activity.

Paranormal is a broad spectrum you will have to be a little clearer. Paranormal includes Psychics, Ghosts, UFOs, Cryptology,and a few other things.
