While I did look at your site and I think it's a very noble thing you are trying to do, I wonder if it shouldn't be left to larger programs such as Big Brothers and other programs.  Not that I think you wouldn't try as hard, but the liabilities and the importance of ensuring that children are matched up with the safest possible matches just makes me believe that larger programs might be able to fund more thorough investigations into people's background histories.
