"A sloppy kisser" is someone who makes the whole area around your mouth wet when they kiss you.  It can apply to men or women (boys or girls).

Some people actually like sloppy kissers by the way, but in general it's considered not so nice.

I like "enthusiastic" kissers, but when they go beyond that in to sloppy, it's definitely not good for me.
