Are you less likely to get symptoms of pregnancy if you become pregnant while taking the pill?

I hear a lot of people who got pregnant on the pill for one reason or another say that they had no idea, and no symptoms. What's up with this? Is this because the pill already makes your body think it's pregnant?

It has nothing to do with the pill. Some women just don't experience very many symptoms.
