  1. Nope.  I live with my wife.

  2. I've lived alone for the past 9-10 years.  I like how my space is mine alone.  I can come and go as I please and do whatever I like without concern for roommates and guests of roommates.  I don't have to worry about whether my roommate will come through with their share of rent and utilities as I am responsible for it all.  I can have anyone I want over at any time without having to consult my roommate first.

At the same time, I'd prefer to live in a better apartment than this, but this is all I can currently afford.  And it is a struggle trying to make ends meet and cover all my utilities and expenses.  And sometimes living alone can be quite lonely.

  3. I'm 57 and have been widowed for 10 years.  After my husband died I moved to Australia from Canada for 6 years but moved back to Canada in 2006.  I have been living with my married daughter and her husband since I moved back.  It's good for me because I don't have the responsibilities of maintaining my own place, I'm free to travel for extended periods of time, she looks after my dog when I'm away and we all get along very well and it's lovely having them around and spending time with them.  The down side is that I miss having my own place, doing my own thing, eating when I want rather than at a set meal time, just having a single bedroom as "my own" compared to an entire house.  The positives definitely outweight the negatives.

  4. I live with my 2 dogs and 2 cats. I've been in abusive relationships, so it's good for me in a way, it feels safe. But I do get SO lonely for human contact. Guess that's why i'm on here all the time.
