  1. I'm living right between that space dear, but with he economy going the way it's been and gas prices sky high, I might fall below soon :0

  2. i live middle class and that feels like poverty right no with our economy the way it is......... so don't feel alone.

  3. Below, but that's probably just because I'm a college student. I'm online because I'm at work--we're saving for internet and cable at the house. Life isn't so horrible, really. We eat a lot of hot dogs, spaghetti, and the like, but there's three of us together and it's our first apartment, so we're happy. There are plenty of people who have it far worse than we do!

  4. Living under the poverty line means:

    1. You have no money to pay for your food and if you're lucky, go to a support center for lunch at least once a day.

    2. You have no house or a decent place to live. Living on the street or around a dumpster.

    3. You are a displaced or homeless, without aspiring to find a relative to help you, as, or are too poor or they were not interested in anything from you.

    4. You bath when the rain falls, because public toilets are costly for you. You can not afford anything related to your personal cleanliness. If you can not find a center of social assistance.

    5. Nor have, so it is costly for you and your educational deficiency, the internet to at least have a mental relief.

    6. People discriminate you for having a careless physical appearance.

    7. Living Mending and how little you get, just reaches for a tea or coffee, and if you're an alcoholic, for a small bottle of liquor.

    8. If you die no one will claim your remains and you'll be identified with the qualification of "unknown". Because you do not have your personal documents.

That's being under the poverty line, I hope you have helped a bit.

  5. I am living so below the poverty I half to reach up to touch bottom.

  6. I am no longer poor, but I was for years and I found it miserable- hence my motivation to endure years of education and hard work to escape it.  The most miserable parts were lack of air conditioning, living with insects and mice, hunger, lack of transportation, and isolation (no time/energy to devote to friendships or to develop interests).

  7. what is poverty to you?
