  1. The extremist ideology is, of course, the more serious issue. . . it just so happens that her personal life has served to spotlight that ideology.

  2. No I think she is great.

  3. more bothered about the low lifes attacking her children and coming with stupud quesitons like this one

I am more bothered that a socilaist unqualfied liar is running as a democRAT

  4. Ideology has consequences if the person in question is put in a position of influence.

Personal life should be personal, but if someone shows hypocrisy, or sets themselves up to be a paragon with feet of clay, then making it an issue is irresistible.

  5. To be honest with you, I'm not really all that bothered.  In my eyes she hasn't won the presidency with McCain, and as far as her families personal life its irrelevant to the situation.  Sure its hard on her family but at the same time, it does not matter in terms of what we need to be talking about.  As far as her ideologies, well I really can't say because I don't know about her.  Most of America does not know anything about her because she is not that well known.  She also has not talked about her plans.  So to me this whole conversation about her is irrelevant.

  6. neither, got ya scared huh? pretty bad when you have to bring up "the personal life"

  7. I find her to be a person who lives by their convictions.  She truly lives her life by them regardless of the consequences both public and personal.  While I admire that trait, I also do not wish to have her ideology forced upon the country.  I see nothing wrong with including creationism with science and allowing the students to chose their own beliefs.  That is what was done when I was in school.  I do not feel that teaching abstinence only is the correct path to fixing the problem of teen pregnancy.  Obviously, that doesn't work by itself.  The states should determine these matters and the federal government should stay out of it.

  8. I'm bothered that McCain is a puppet and did what Rove told him to do when he picked her.

  9. The latter. Didn't we learn *anything* from the Bush administration these last 8 years?

    I guess not.

  10. neither- bothered by obamahs far left extremist ideology

  11. Well, she's no extremist and I happen to have a lot of respect for her.

  12. It's funny how when it's to the right, it's "extremist ideology" but when it's to the left, it's "open-mindedness" and "acceptance."

Don't be so "open-minded" that your brains fall out, okay?

  13. I'm bothered that she wasn't properly vetted.  Because of that, her nomination casts a serious shadow over the judgment of John McCain, causes unfortunate, but necessary scrutiny on otherwise innocent young people.

I invite the ludicrous attempts of Republicans rallying to the defense of this nomination.  Its shows the depth of their hypocrisy.

  14. both! ideology does not match up with her personal life.

  15. A persons ideology contributes to how their personal life is viewed.  But I'm more bothered by her ideology.

  16. no

  17. FUNDIE FAR RIGHT EXTREMIST IDEOLOGY....

    SCARY

Edit to the dude below me...the Palins are NOTHING like my family, how do you define "typical"?

  18. Neither. The Palin's are a typical family and I like her ideology.

  19. I'm not a Republican, but I am keeping an open mind until I hear from Palin. I have not even heard her speak except for 2 minutes. I refuse to allow my opportunity to hear her with an open mind be taken away by those who have their minds made up already.

  20. Neither.  She has a great family (of course,a bit odd, like most of us!), has great political views, is sweet, down to earth, and has much executive experience.  She will be a great veep!

  21. Definitely her ideology. Extremism of any form frightens me, but creationism has a special flair.

  22. Couldn't care less if her ignorant *** daughter got knocked up. The way the party and conservatives have responded though, scares the c**p out of me.

  23. Neither, your extremist socialist DNC view. If it wasn't her, who do you have in your CNN bag to bash?

  24. I'm bothered by her obvious liberalism. There is nothing worse than a liberal conservative-wannabe.
