Are you more comfortable with a trainee president or a trainee vice president?

I know none of them have been president or vp, so in fact they are all trainees, but Obama and Palin have limited experience in general compared to McCain and Biden.

Getting stuff wrong for a long time is a strange way to define experience.

And even the rare occassions McCain was right (opposing the Bush tax cuts as being unaffordable and to much tilted to the rich and attacking the handling of the war in Iraq) McCain is now denying and insisting he was in fact wrong all along.

Experience is determined by what you have learnt - not how long it took to fail to learn it.

McCain has shown that he is completely off base by disposing of his moderate maverick image with a series of shifts to the right wing, at the expense of his own integrity, and now tops it all off with the selection of this extremist as his running mate.

Biden trumps all of them... I'll take the trainee with the experienced guy over his shoulder. At least Biden wouldn't be afraid to overstep his bounds if it were truly necessary.

Biden takes more money from lobbyists than any other politician...his son works for MBNA bank and just last year alone helped the credit card co. give his dad 217,000 to help pass laws to s***w credit card consumers in favor of the credit card co. That's just one of dozens of companies that have bought him off over the years, being an old time politician that he is....

How is running a town, then running a state, not experience?

Governors are elected more often then not in this country, because their job is the closest thing to being a president! So Palin is really the only one with any executive experience.  Dubba.

Well you got McCain who has over 25 years in the Senate.  His VP has NO national experience.  Joe Biden has 30 plus years in the Senate and Obama has only about 4 years in the senate.  I would say that both tickets have about the same experience.  I don't want another 4 years of Bush, so I am voting Obama/Biden.

I am near sick and tired of this talk about Obama's experience.I think that's a pretty dumb idea to vote for someone because of their experience, and not their opinions and ideals. If I don't agree with John McCain, I don't give a rats *** about his experience. Experience is a factor, but it would never overcome the basic principles of the person I'm voting for.

I agree.  None of them have ever been president before.  Unless this nation has a junior president position, none of them have any real experience being the President of the United States.  However, in the area of judgment Ms. Palin must have misjudged her daughter's commitment to abstinence.  You'd think she'd have her best take on her family.
