Are you able to find humour in anything, even when you're at your lowest?

Yup !! The more i laugh the more depressed i am LOL I laugh at little things, laugh at most of the jokes & have a huge smile on my face no matter what i'm going through, that's just Me =)

yes, it keeps me going and prevents me from feeling too sorry for myself. it comes easy to me.

I dont know if i get it always, but i'm a person that enjoys life and try always to get the  nice and funny part of it.

Of course that know also, that some  things in life have to be taken very seriously, and i do it.

My good humour is always with me...in spite of i can be a bit low.

Some people tell me; "oh, you are always in a good mood, always cheerful and smiling" ... I usually am but it is not completely true. I find that there is not much of a point in annoying others with my feelings, wearing a frown so I try to be nice to them even when I don't feel like it and they take it as good humor.

I think I have done better in finding humor in everything though. Nowadays I try not to let it get to me... my daughter says I am sarcastic, I suppose it is better than being grumpy!

The thing is, life can be tough as heck!!..you gotta laugh sometimes, you gotta be able to see the funny side of things (even black humor)...if not for your own sanity, then for people around you

i'm one of them. there's no point in being serious in EVERYTHING. its better 2 hav a little fun in life, though not if a lawyer laughs at a court judge. it depends on the situation but its good to find a little fun in everything.
