The future of this nation will depend on the realization that surplus anything should be distributed to those members of the deprived for their immediate survival, and technologalprovision for drilling deep wells, irrigation, providing seeds that have a better survival rate, and will tolerate the increase of the base PH to the soils which results from the accumulation of dissolved water soluble chemicals, and more productive opportunity to nourish their animals which result in a higher survival rate.  It's a very complicated conundrum,  But, it's every ones responsibility to accept responsibility that is required for performing population assistance.

If things don't soon change there won't even be a world.  We have scientists who can solve our outrageous gasoline crises and many of our health and environmental problems as well.  Hemp can be used to make a cleaner burning gasoline, a better grade of paper and more durable clothing at a much cheaper price without harm to the environment. That means we can use our slow growing trees to build houses only. Since hemp can be grown annually in all fifty states we could fix the economy and re-oxygenate the planet at the same time. Why does government ignore this? Because they can not tax anything made from nature. Stuffing thier pockets with money is all they care about.
