Yes, I'm quite glad he'll be staying on the radio, as that will keep my TV free of his taint. I'm sure the pharmaceutial industry is also pleased, as this insures an additional $400 million in oxycontin and viagra sales.

Rush is, indeed, entertaining.  Congratulations, Rush.  Much like Stephen King and Steven Spielberg, you spin tales of wonder and fantasy that transport your listeners out of their real, humdrum world and into a different place, a place where after six years of a Republican majority in both houses of congress and a Republican president, after six years with only one presidential veto, rife with essentially unchallenged judicial appointments, everything is everyone else's fault BUT the Republican party's.   You spin a mythology so thorough, so convincing, some people--sort of like the British 'Church of the Jedi' folks--think that the world you describe is real.

Kudos, Rush.  Way to go.
