  1. We really have no choice, except for cigarettes. When I was 16 back in 61, gas was only 14c a gallon

  2. Nope. Gas is only costing us 100 a month. We live in a small town, one vehicle. I'm a stay at home mom. My husband works well under 10 miles both ways from our house. We traded our suv in for a Toyota back in 06. So it really won't effect us much until it's like 10 bucks a gallon...then I'll really be cringing at the thought of "what it used to be" lol. At the same time though, by the time it reaches that high, our income will be higher, bills will be less, car will be payed off. So again it really wouldn't be us spending more than now.

As of right now from the first fill up on the Toyota costing about 20 bucks in 06. It now costs right at 30 a fill. So for 3-4 fill ups, thats only an extra 30-40 bucks a month. No biggie here.
