I'm fortunate to be able to vote for a candidate this time around, but this is only my third Presidential election.

increased minimum wage

no privatization of social security

equal pay for equal work

an end to unilateral military actions

rebuilding our international alliances

keeping the Dept. of Education which McCain wants to dismantle

an end to the wars in both Iraq & Afghanistan

an end to the police state which Bush has built and McCain endorses

these are just SOME of the reasons I will vote FOR Sen. Obama

Of course I'm against McCain. Obama is not my favorite, as I would rather vote for Clinton, but between Obama and McCain, Obama wins easily.

McCain's choice of Palin lowered my opinion of him even further, I might add. I'd sell my soul to keep that Ann Coulter wannabe out of the Oval Office.

I am for McCain totally and now even more with the brilliant choice he made in Gov Palin!   You know, I would not care too much who ran against Obama and his racial hate and socialistic agenda..a warm body would do!  But, thankfully McCain and Palin are not just that warm body against Obama...it is their platform, their courage and that they both have done something positive in their public jobs and really show they can make a difference in America!
