Having cramps and spotting is normal right before your period is due to come on. Late periods can be caused by alot of things such as exercise, dieting, stress, and such.

It's very possible.

But it could also mean you ovulated late cause you had a stressful month that making your cycle outta whack. Spotting and cramping can occur when you ovulate. Have you lost LOTS of weight this months or under a tremendous about of stress?

If you're still unsure pick up a pregnancy test. Any test will do because they are 98 % accurate.

i was about 5-6 weeks pregnant and had vaginal spotting and very bad cramps, my nurse told me it could be possible misscarraige, but i didnt misscarry him and hes one now!! so yes its very possible
