The Royal Bank of Scotland has advised clients to brace for a full-fledged crash in global stock and credit markets over the next three months as inflation paralyses the major central banks.

"A very nasty period is soon to be upon us - be prepared," said Bob Janjuah, the bank's credit strategist.

  1. Don C, Barrack Obama, and the Liberals will paralyze Americans with taxation that will destroy us.

See he's right, trickle down economics is a poor strategy.

But a much worse strategy is to tax the business harder and heavier, making them cut employees, and take shortcuts on other costs. Meanwhile the middle class employee has no savings from being taxed by good old Barry and his Buddies, so when he gets fired, we have homelessness.

This is just the type of thing Barry needs so that that way he can declare himself a dictator, and "fix" the problem by forcing socialism on America.

Don C, you're a moron. Get out of my country.

  2. A country boy can survive

  3. Peace Will Come

  4. So youre saying its about to get worse??  I dont even have beer money these days.

  5. Prepared? Well, the best I can say is that I grew up housed, fed, but poor and creative enough to get by on whatever scraps are around in terms of clothes and curtains, toys and tables, you name it.

So, I will be one of the few who can adapt more quickly.

  6. Let me see...

    Guns..check

    Ammo...check

    Food Stuffs....check

    Plenty of bottled water...check

    Silver & Gold boulion...check

    I'm ready.

  7. We ought to keep ourselves warm by throwing our politiians onto a nice big bonfire... that should create something of practical benefit out of the useless, corrupt, lying, incompetent, self-serving scumbags... they have plenty of hot air anyway!

Leetpriest, what are you on?  If you're a Bush supporter you can hardly claim any moral high ground on taxes I believe - he's bankrupted your country and taken the world to the brink of depression.

  8. 8 years of Bush,m trillions of dollars in Iraq.

  9. Not really.

I'm growing a small garden ... just in case.

I would like to store more canned foods.  I've heard that the market will crash some time in the fall.  With the way things are going.. the dollar slipping, the housing crisis, the oil prices and the inflation.. I wouldn't doubt it.

  10. match for match.value has dropped everywhere and so shall those who spend.the rich may still help the poor.but every one under that calling will need to rearrange their strategies.

  11. I guess I will have to be prepared.  People survived the first Depression, people will survive this one as well.

  12. Are you kidding? I've been in almost absolute poverty my whole life. lol

  13. We're getting ready...but you need to know the depression is manipulated by the elite.  Its good for them...In 1929 they made out like bandits.

There are no food shortages...food is manipulated, oil is being manipulated...there is plenty of it.

  14. In a capitalist economy, things go in cycles.  And yes, I think we are headed for a giant downturn.

If things get really bad, I will live off the land and fish for my food.

All governments come and go, and the U.S. is no different.  Our heyday has passed.  We need a miracle.

  15. Wow...I said this at the end of December last year...only NOW people are starting to listen?  It doesn't take a psychic to see the facts as they stand to see what is happening...You just need to turn off the F(*$&* boob tube and start READING the legislation which is being passed as well as NAFTA, CAFTA and also the internal workings of the SPP to see it...looking into the history of the EU would help also.

  16. I personally am in a depression.    Costs go up incredibly, and rents, and my income doesn't.

Bush says we aren't in a recession; he and his cronies in the oil companies and Haliburton certainly aren't, but the rest of the country is hurting badly.    Nero fiddles while Rome burns--all over again.

  17. Bush and the G O P has the entire world economies on the brink with their trickle down voodoo economics

the dollar has fell so far the WORLD is feeling the mark of the G O P

meanwhile their friends post record earnings, millionaires have become billionaires while the middle class disappears and the lower class barely eeks by !!!
