Is anyone preparing for the tropical storm even though there is a possibility it may not impact florida?

no they are saying that the projected path is that it will swerve back to atlantic and possibly hit east coast with heavy rain

i live in louisiana 2, and i think it will hit the tip of florida and come back around and hit lousiana again

No, I live in Southern Louisiana and perparing for Hurricane Gustav.

No, not really. I live in South Florida and and already have been impacted  by dozens of hurricanes, with 2 direct hits from Frances and Jeanne. At the moment just wait to see the directed path and make a decision then.
