  1. I think I may be both but more pro-life then the other. I dint believe in abortions but I do feel that if a woman is raped and it was extremely traumatic (as all rapes are) I think the woman should have a choice especially if it was a father, brother or family member who did the raping. But women who lay down and open their legs knowing that there is a chance in getting pregnant should not get abortions. At the very least if they really know they cannot be a good mother give the baby up for adoption. There are so many out there who are just waiting to adopt.

  2. Pro-Choice, to a certain extent. I do not agree with abortion if the girl is using as a type of birth control, but mistakes do happen, pregnancies are not planned and can not be handled at that time for whatever reason, then I believe it would be more selfish to have the child in that situation than to make a mature decision on if they are ready to RAISE a child.

  3. I am against murder that people call pro choice. The choice to murder brutally a innocent baby. What about the choice of that baby? I guess it is above the liberals pay grade to know.   I have God on my side as well! AND His word all you liberal demon-crates is the final word if you like it or not. "Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is Lord" This includes all those liberals, I cant wait to see them bow before the King of Kings. Their demoniac playbook of excuses wont help on that day!

  4. PRO-CHOICE. WOMEN WHO ARE VICTIMS OF RAPE SHOULD HAVE THE CHOICE WHETHER OR NOT TO CARRY THE RAPIST CHILD IN THEM TO CONSTANTLY REIND THEM OF THE BRUTATLITY SHE WENT THROUGH. PLUS CHILD MOLESTATION, INCEST, TERMINAL ILLNESS, INEFFECTIVE BIRTH CONTROL ARE ALL REASONS I FEEL THE PRO-CHOICE IS THE BEST ANSWER. IF U WANT TO BRING LIFE INTO THIS WORLD THEN FEEL FREE TO DO SO.

  5. I am for pro-choice. event though I would never have an abortion I don't think it is right to tell other women what to do. People have there reasons for the things they do. I am totally for being prepared and not getting pregnant before you are ready. There are a lot of different birth control choices out there.

  6. It's 2008. I am able to choose what I want to do with my body (keeping both biological and pharmaceutical restrictions in mind). I choose to use birth control when I have s*x, because although I adore children and want a house full of them someday, I'm not prepared for them right now. s*x is great! I strongly believe that I have the right to experience sexual pleasure without taking the chance, every time, of having a child. When I meet the right person we'll talk all this out and decide together how we want to conceive.

I want to point out that I am both pro-choice and pro-kid.

  7. I did a lot of research on this when I was in high school and wrote a few papers on it because it's one of the few topics I feel stringly about.

I'm pro-life.  I feel like a baby shouldn't have to die just because the mother didn't want it.  Rape results in very, very few pregnancies because of the stress and trauma involved.  And I feel like if you don't want a baby or aren't ready for one, you should either use multiple forms of birth control, or simply not have s*x.  Once you are pregnant, if you don't want the baby, I think instead of killing it, you should opt for adoption because there are many people who want children but are unable to concieve.  I know there are a lot of differing opinions on this, and that's fine, these are just mine.

  8. pro-life. no baby should be killed or a life be stopped because the parents are not ready or didn't expect it. If know you aren't ready then do no have unprotected s*x or just pull out

  9. Pro-Life with the option of abortion under certain circumstances.  I believe that abortion is wrong unless the mother or fetus can be affected.  Under circumstances of s*x without a condom, or s*x without birth control, I believe abortion is wrong.

  10. Neither, I would not have an abortion but I don't see the point in telling others what they can and cannot do.

So I guess I'm pro-choice, although it's not a choice I would choose, I see why others may do so, and I don't judge them or criticize them.

  11. i'm pro choice

i don't believe people need to be scrutinuised for deciding to end a pregnancy especially if it is not what they want or isn't in the mother or childs best interests and they didn't have the choice to become pregnant in the first place.

  12. Pro-Choice.

Accidents happen and it's not right to bring an innocent child into the world with parents who aren't fit/ready to be a parent.

  13. Although I think that a woman should consider an abortion only as a very last resort (and there are plenty of options out there to help her), I'm pro-choice because in the absence of that choice, desperate women and teens will risk their lives and future fertility in an unsafe, back alley abortion.  There are plenty of teen girls out there who would be subjected to abuse by their families, disowned, or even murdered if their family found out they were pregnant.

One thing that appalls me is how many pro-life people don't care about the child AFTER the birth... they just want to make sure it gets born, and then don't care about what sort of life it leads afterwards (statistically, unwanted children will grow up to a life of poverty and crime), and seem unwilling to adopt the unwanted children themselves.

  14. I'm pro-life definitely. I think there are so many well established loving families who cannot have children who would give anything to have a baby. Most parents looking to adopt want a newborn because it makes bonding easier etc. If you make the choice to get pregnant when your not ready that is your fault not your unborn childs...by killing that child (It is a child while in oven!) you are taking the life away from someone who could be an amazing person in this world. There are millions of married couples who cannot conceive...why not make their dream come true while doing what is probably best for yourself and the child as well. I feel that at the point of conception, there is a human being, a life in there and it is not your choice to take that life just because you made a bad decision.

I am a 22 year old mother of a 2 year old son, my son was an unexpected pregnancy and I was scared out of my mind. I knew that life was going to be hard but I made the decision to not be careful. I felt this need to raise that child to be an amazing person and to be an asset to society. Today, my husband has a great job, our lives and our son are just amazing as I could have ever imagined.

I guess basically in my opinion abortion is MURDER!

  15. pro-choice

a government should not be allowed to make those kinds of decisions for people.

  16. There is no choice, actually, unless  you consider murdering babies an issue of choice, and I don't.  PRO-LIFE  is the only way.  God Bless you.

  17. prochoice because i want myself and every woman to have a choice what to do with their body. I would not encourage anyone to get an abortion but I would support their right to do so. I am prochoice because if I was ever raped, or suddenly was living on the streets (dirt poor), or was told i would die if i have a baby, and found out i was pregnant then I wouldnt want anyone to tell me that i have no options. I want all the options available. And if the law ever went back to abortions being illegal then they could take away that option even for women who have been raped or will die if they have the baby. The government or doctors could make it difficult for a woman to get an abortion then. So its all or nothing. So all women should have the option so that women in extreme circumstances have the right too.

  18. Hello abortion is legal. I am for abortion for many different reasons and even though i haven't had one if i did want one then i would not care what people think/thought.

I would have an abortion for the following reasons:

    1)If i were raped

2)If the fetus had something horribly wrong with it and would only suffer a horrible life.

3)If my life were in danger and i was told i would die if i followed through with the pregnancy then i would abort because i would not want to leave my son motherless.

4)If i did not or could not handle another kid.

    It comes down to this:

    My Body

    My Sexuality

    My Uterus

    My v****a

    My Morals

    My Life

    My Choice

    Not Yours

If it weren't for choices then all the pro-life people would not be able to take their birth control.

----More facts about the Pill, IUDs, Depo-Provera and Norplant:

Again, if you're reading about CHEMICAL ABORTIONS for the first time, this may surprise, or even shock you. Most Americans are not aware that the Pill and other chemical "contraceptives" cause millions of "non-surgical" abortions each year in the early weeks of pregnancy. If you are using the Pill, Depo-Provera or Norplant, you need to know the truth about how these products work.

Most women take these "contraceptives" because they don't want to have a baby. But how many women know they can have BREAKTHROUGH OVULATIONS and become pregnant while using these "contraceptives?" Very few! And how many of these women know that if they become pregnant after a BREAKTHROUGH OVULATION, these "contraceptives" will almost always kill any son or daughter they've conceived?

Most people don't know the real facts about how "contraceptives" work. And because of this lack of knowledge, most women are not aware that they may be having BREAKTHROUGH OVULATIONS, and conceiving children that are killed very early in the pregnancy. Women using these "contraceptives" almost never perceive that they have become pregnant, or that chemicals have killed their tiny baby.------  http://www.prolife.com/BIRTHCNT.html

  19. BOTH:

I'm pro-choice when at Baskin Robbins; but I'm pro-life when it comes to the right of a child to enter into the world.

  20. Pro-choice. The world is already over-populated with children nobody wants or loves.

  21. I am Pro-Freedom! I do not believe in abortion PERSONALLY but I am also sure I am no one to tell a woman what to do with her body and would never deny her that right.

  22. PRO-LIFE.

Because we don't have the right to kill God's babies!

God doesn't make mistakes! If he put the baby in the womb, the baby is meant to be there!

  23. I was pro choice before I had my son, now I am pro life, because I dont think an innocent baby should suffer for the mistakes of its mother.  you?

why not put the baby up for adoption?

  24. pro choice because i think a womans body is her own dang business.

i say don't bring something into this world if you  can't take care of it. I know all you guys are going to say put it up for adoption but thier are tons of kids that already need adopted why add another to that list. I think it is selfish to put your belifes before a child well being. just because you are pro-life. ( another thing i want you to imagin being a kid in the foster system sleeping in a room in a house you can't call your own. not having friends because you move so much, and worst off where your real parents are and why they didn't want you. And try to tell me that you wouldn't feel worthless and unbelonging.)

that why i am pro choice.

  25. i have always been pro-life but have recently run into two issues with my views.  (1) i now have children and have realized that if my life were at stake then i would have to abort so i could still be on this earth to raise the babies i have already given birth to and (2) it has always been my dream to be a surrogate mother *gestational* and one of the conditions is if the intended parents want to (a) abort or (b) get fetal reduction then it is your obligation to do so...

i would be terribly upset if i had to abort as a surrogate mother, however i can't give up something i have wanted to do for half my life because of the slight chance of that...

what i am against is the radical pro-lifers that kill doctors, blow up clinics, and demoralize there fellow man because they perform/recieve abortions...  it's really backwards, ya know?

i am just happy to be able to have a CHOICE to be pro-life :)

  26. I am opposing a woman's right to choose to have an abortion, seeking to outlaw the practice of abortion. however in some cases in the begining of the way, you could do it . for instance some diseases or some dangers for mother ,....

    but in general i 'm pro-life

  27. Pro-choice.  Without choice, we guarantee there will be a substantial number of unwanted children.  Without choice, you guarantee children will have a horrible life.  Children should be loved.  If not, then people shouldn't have them.

  28. I think that its wonderful that women can decide what to do with their lives. BUT

I think that they have the choice to give their baby life. If they don't want that child there is adaption, there are so many couples who would do anything for a little baby. just because you don't want it doesn't mean you have to kill an innocent baby.

i support planned parenthood, i support love (all kinds of love), and i think that people have the right to be in charge of their life. BUT

i don't see why we have to KILL the babies. it just doesn't seem right. this isn't a religious thing, just a deep down "that feels wrong" thing. i think that in certain aspects, it Might be ok for an abortion, and in those instances we can use research on stem cells.

i just don't think we should kill babies left and right!

i hate how people are so pious about living green and such but would be all for killing a baby. (AND IT IS A BABY. WHAT ELSE WOULD IT BE? AN ALIEN?)

oh, and although i feel so strongly about not killing babies, i support other people being for pro-choice. that's their choice. and this is mine.

oh and one last thing, people say it's a woman's right. so now women have the right to murder?

  29. Pro-choice because as a woman we deserve the choice. Although i dont like abortions

  30. Pro-choice thank god we live in america and have the freedom to make choices on our own!!! We have enough unwanted untaken care of babie's in this country!!! and the welfare system is outta control how irresponsible to bring a baby into this hard world knowing you can't take care of it!!

  31. No, I'm both pro-life and pro-choice. Those are not mutually exclusive positions. The opposite of pro-choice is anti-choice, not pro-life. A political party that is pro-death penalty, pro-war, anti funding for children's health care and against environmental regulations controlling pollution that causes death, birth defects, miscarriage isn't really accurately described as "pro-life", they're more anti-choice.

Anti-choice means wanting people to be forced to carry to term babies that have no chance at all of surviving, babies who are inside out, whose intestines are formed outside of their bodies, and who have no brains. That is not humane and it is not moral, it is not right. Furthermore carrying a baby to term always carries significant risk to the mother even with modern medical care.
