I'm proud that I'm mostly white. There is no greater honor than knowing I am white.

I'm still partially black, but I'll deal with that soon enough. Then I'll be proud to say I am all white.

I really don't pay attention to it to tell you the truth. I'm pride or disappointed in people as a whole but not on a racial or ethnic level.

I agree that your race/ethnicity is not something you have a choice upon but you do have the choice to embrace it and DISPLAY it proudly. It was not my choice to be latina but I do however love exploring my roots and I feel it is however every person's duty to try and trace their roots, see where you came from, where your family hails, what they've achieved as well as haven't. Everyone could use a little culture in their lives whether it be your own or someone else's. People should continue to learn about their races and about others and then maybe we could all be proud just to be who we are as a whole. And then, maybe one day, there won't be so much racism, hatred,g*y bashing or what have you.

My emphasising their colour they in effect saying they are superior to other races.RACISM.

I'm proud of myself but my race doesn't have much to do with it. Paint me blue and give me polka dots and I'll still be the same - within the blue and polka dots of course :)
