Gov. Palin says her state is ready, willing and able to provide clean, safe, environmentally friendly energy to help give some relief at the pump.

I think that we are all ready.  But if everyone stopped using gas, and started using the bus, or walked or biked instead, gas prices would have dropped long ago.  But everyone "has" to go to work because we are all money hungry.  So really, gas will never drop, since people want it, it will keep going up, supply(great) and demand(even greater).  Up and up it goes.

Which oil company does she work for?  Which ever one it is, tell her to get them off their asses and drill in the 68 million acres of offshore leases they already hold.  When they show some progress with that, we'll give 'em more leases offshore, ANWR, wherever they want.  But until then, don't let them fool you into thinking that one drop of domestic oil production is being held up by any government drilling ban.
