I just hope she doesnt get pissed off at her husband for not washing the dishes and blows up some poor country.  Dang those hormones.  :)  She'll be alright, the VP doesnt do anything but preside over the senate, unless the president dies.  She'll get what ever experience she lacks.  Sure, Alaska isnt very populated and crime is low, but the state is right next door to Russia.
