  1. In all countries it is a definite rule that a foreign embassy is considered to be in that countries full duristriction. Yes you are safe until you leave the embassy

  2. not in all circumstances ,if you committed a crime ? no you would not be safe .........

you would have to read the Geneva convention carefully to get the correct answer to your question :

The premises of the mission shall be inviolable. The agents of the receiving State may not enter them, except with the consent of the head of the mission.

    2. The receiving State is under a special duty to take all appropriate steps to protect the premises of the mission against any intrusion or damage and to prevent any disturbance of the peace of the mission or impairment of its dignity.

    3. The premises of the mission, their furnishings and other property thereon and the means of transport of the mission shall be immune from search, requisition, attachment or execution.

and further more , while in a country you are under the host country jurisdiction and obey their laws ....

if you broke the law of the host country ?

the embassy cannot help you .

    :-)

  3. yeah because technically your in another country

  4. Yes and no..

If the embassy is a "friend" of the host country they are likely to request assistance from the host in removing an undesirable.

If they are not "friendly" they may suspect your reasons for wishing to be in their country and consider you to be a spy.  You may then end up begging the host country to rescue you from a death sentence.  It depends on how you define "safe" really.

  5. Yes because that foreign embassy is considered foreign soil. The host country can ask for you to be turned over to face presecution though. The embassy can comply or deny. They will most likely comply. However they cannot come into the embassy and get you.

  6. Depends. If your wanted for a crime, police can demand you be handed over to them. Embassy staff can then eject you from the building. Also embassy can refuse you entry. So if your planning crime of the century don't lol regards..
