Very satisfied with my job. I have total freedom , although still need to hit target dates, with everything related to my job, which is video game development.

I was unhappy at my previous job.  I overcame it by quitting and finding this one.

Absolutely not. I never dreamed of working my way into middle management and then getting stuck there. I'm a little too old now to overcome it, my skill set has defined the jobs available to me, and they all suck. So I will just struggle on, day to day, until retirement.
