  4. No, I'm scared of flying. I did three parachute jumps in 1985. It's crashing you have to be scared of.

  5. no, why?

  6. No, but I am fed up with being herded around like cattle and waiting and sitting for hours with my knees hanging over my ears because there isn't near enough room on those huge aiplanes for a reasonably sized person. I used to love to fly, now, If I have to fly, I ain't goin!!!!

  7. nope not atall

when its your time it will come no matter where you are.  you couyld be sitting on the toilet, laying in bed or walking down the street all of which youll probably spend more time doing  than flying

  9. nope. I love flying.

  10. NO - next question...

  11. There is no reason to be constantly or strongly afraid to fly.  Air travel is one of the safest ways of traveling, as you probably know.  If you need to travel by air and have a serious phobia of flying, contact a counselor or therapist.  Those professionals can help you with a program of counseling and corrective experiences that can usually help you overcome your fear.

Alternatively, you may want to consider traveling by rail.

    Good luck!

  12. Yes, never been on a plane.

  13. Nobody is scared of flying.  What you are scared of is being 10'000 feet in the air and ........NOT flying!

  14. Nope. Scared of landing wrong side up.

  15. Yyyyyyeeeessssssss. Thats why I use boats and my m/cycles. I dont travel by train now either. Ive had bad experiences on both,

  16. Yes, because i dont trust america anymore. Many bad people with terrorizing ideas on mind. Crime and terrorism has increased dramatically over the years and therefore, anyone can be a great danger. I hope the war ends soon!!!

  17. Question is why are you terrified, two points.

First remember even if the engines cut the plane is a glider ( Heathrow proves this, this week).

Secondly I fly gliders at my local club you may ask why the answer is simple:

Get into a thermal and lift from 2000ft to 6150ft and you will see the beauty of what we have, a planet and sunsets that are so special they make grown men weep.

Finally the fun bit try doing three consecutive loops and film them at the same time great fun.

Seriously though flying and plane travel are fun and should be seen as such give it a try I can assure you you will enjoy it.

    Have fun and safe flying.

  29. Not at all,  you have better chances gettting in a car accident going to the airport then flying.

Its actually one of the safest transportation jobs there is. Its a high risk, but very well managed through highly trained operators, company procedures, proper maintence, and regualatory oversight into all operations, which reduce the chance of an accidents.  Northwest moved over 66 million passengers last year, with  only 5 incidents/accidents and no one was fataly injured.
