rape of 6 young girls and the murder of 2 who were only 14. He is hispanic and the Mexican gov. in pleading for his life yet our border patrol agents are still in prison for doing the job they swore to do.What are your thoughts please?

that was able to commit such a execrable crime. I put myself in the case of the father of any of the victims.

I hope to see the execution has taken place tomorrow evening.

I read this story, I think it was yesterday and to say I was appalled, would be putting it lightly.  You know what, let the execution be stayed, and just open the prison doors and let him walk out - want to talk about a dead man walking - yeah, just let him out, street justice is real, a quick death, no, too good, do to him what he did to those children, do not give him the pleasure of death and redemption, he didn't give it to them, no don't let the State of Texas cover the charge for his death, just let him out -  and it will be done, free of charge.  

(I will pray for forgiveness (for this thought and putting it in writing), and turning the other cheek is well and good, and I will have to deal with how I feel about this waste of God's breath).

This person certainly doesn't sound like a person who deserves to be kept alive if I happened to be the parent of one of the victims. There is more to this than meets the eye.

The continuing murder of young women in Juarez in Mexico continues till now, and even people like me in Asia know that something is terribly wrong with the Mexican government for not stopping that.

The problem is that once you give the state the right to kill people legally, they just take that as a licence to kill by all sorts of ways. Like sending soldiers into other countries to kill and maim in the defense of some abstract idea or to support their own grip on power.

The state then ends up killing its own boys. And for what?

A sad state of affairs but I have to wonder, what is the entire story?  Is there something happening in the background where this leniency gives some large payback through influence in the Mexican government that benefits Americans more then the execution?  Don't know but it seems out of character for President Bush.

I'm all for the execution of everyone in prison no matter what they did.We could start over and make prison the worst place on earth.
