Recruiting the right people.

Question:  Did you mean for this to be in the Insurance section?  

If not, you may wish to re-post this in a section for your type of industry.  In our business, insurance, we have a very high attrition rate.  Most everybody that comes in, goes out.  Usually within weeks.  Almost always within months.

Hire the right people.  The override keeps you self-employed.  The money can be great.  But the hours can be brutal.   Sixty hours a week at first is not going to be uncommon.  When you come home, just remember to greet your wife by HER name!
