  1. i set my own goals but i am not very self-motivated i always need help and a push from my friends or family .. and a slap of reality every now and then ..

my short term goals : finish my masters and residency ..

long tem goals : used to be getting married and moving to Dubai for better career options or something but not anymore .. right now iam just focusing on my short term 'cuz life is too short to be wasted on dreams ...

  2. yes, i set my own goals and i motivate myself to follow my dreams..

  3. I was self motivated and I had goals when I was younger (10-15 years ago), they were about me finishing college and getting a job and gettiong married and having kids and a family...I've done all that...I need new goals...the thing is that when I set goals I am very determined to reach them.

I guess my new goal would be to get a new job now that my kids don't need me as much as they used to.

My other goal would be to visit Canada, Uruguay, Egypt and AUstralia...because there are people I want to see there that mean a lot more to me than any goal.

  4. I hope I am, I try everyday to be a happy person and look forward to a happy life

  5. It takes me a bit of time to take my final decisions..but generally speaking, I am pretty self motivated;

My short term goals are too get married to my fiance and properly launch my own company..

Long term goals; have children, be the best father and husband i can be....and be content wherever and whatever I'm doing in my life...

  6. Yes i am

My short term is to  be a marketing Manger

Long term, have my own business pastry or a restaurant

  7. i am self motivated and yes i set my own goals and make my own plans for life

short term goals: get a job at this pharmacy and at this tutoring place

(im close to acheiving it, i already got myself an interview at the tutoring place but the pharmacy people are being mean and havent contacted me yet)

long term: find happiness, get married, get my degree in doctor of pharmacy (Pharm. D.) get a job, raise my kiddos to be good law abiding citizens :-P

  8. I wouldnt say i was self motivated at all, but things have changed recently. I had the chance to do some studying (bit late in my life, middle aged, lol), i now have an qualification (NVQ) for the first time in my life. At first i wasnt sure & its been so long, but i made myself just do it, then i found i was enjoying it.

Now i'm learning a new job, & once i get that sorted, i'm going to do another course & get an NVQ in that as well.

Its amazing what you can do if you push yourself, i surprised myself, lol.
