Money for this, and that, all the time, for everything...

that's reality, and that aint as "great" as politicians say.

There's a better way, and I sure hope people find "it"...

If you're seriously looking...

  1. Leave the country for a few months at least and look back at rip off Britain....you will see just how bad it really is ....The rest of the world laughs at you because they see a tough country and a spineless people.

  2. Sometimes it is like that, but the other way you are talking about sound like communism. That has never worked and will never work. Look around the world and read your history. Who has it best? We Americans do. I have done some traveling, believe me, we have so much.

  3. I used to laugh that people were taxed like for everything in my country... From what I learned it came more from overgrown administration and other community problems... Now I see something much worse and more common... Almost nothing is for free in nowadays system... Its not the worst side... because we are supposed to pay from fact of earning money... Simple economy.. but... money charging surrounds us... Economy tricks and long lists of taxing are swallowing our cash... The most import is that most of people hardly see it if not overlook it... Sellers are not supposed to be fair and too much informative because of harash economy rules and competition... We cant count on them... Laws dont and cant protect us... We dont get one final price of just like that or it would scare off most of buyers... and... of course... system allows to earn on other people loss... Economy was always wild.. less civilised... Maybe you are right people can change it... I know some leaders and other specific characters are capable but its not so easy and maybe simply out of their interest... Like in one saying - *Its buisness*... what means people are nothing more than buisness for them... System demands economy *agression* and *defence*... Bad luck if you get into bad circumstances... Cost can *eat you* or *kick you out*... It would be great if system was more carring and supportive or at least neutral for people that cant live under its costs... till they will get on their legs or reach end of their life with appropriate respect... It is made nowadays but still its not perfect and sometiems even go to waste... It should evolve... but I fear many of us like or approve the way it is... so the changes are not coming fast... and we are all responsible of the shape of world and affected lives...

  4. I am totally, i sincerely wish they i could do something about it. I

do not shop that much in supermarkets at any rate, preferring to take my custom to people who need it, like markets, and smaller outlets, i am not filling the coffers of the multi nationals. But we are totally over a barrel as regards to the utility companies. I hate getting ripped off, but this is only going to get a lot worse

  5. No.

    Don't think so.

With " In God we trust" ?

    Look in the real world.

Who get ripped off with seven times of extra ordinary power of destruction with earth, wind, fire, water and plagues in own backyards.

In kicking the butts of God in not worshiping God?

    Exodus 20.1-7

    Genesis 11.1, 6

    Leviticus 26.1, 13-24,30-41

    Matt 22.17-21

    Luke 16.13

    Matt 22.32

    Luke 6.39-40,41-45,46-49

    What do you think?

  6. Yes, I love the UK but it is the worst country in the world for ripping people off and you don't get value for money. Customer service is going out of the window, it never hurt to smile and be cheerful to people but it seems to be the norm to treat others like ****.

  7. Yep, we have to pay tax on everything. And it doesn't seem to do anything, or make any difference.

I hate being ripped off as much as I am.

  8. The ruling elite have created a system that seeks to keep people fearful and broke.

The only way to combat  such a system is by mass, unified consumer action.  The masses must unite and leverage their spending power in order to improve the quality of life for all.  The ruling elite don't want a mass of consumer-citizens that collaborate towards the accomplishment of clearly set goals; they want us to compete against one another in a dog-eat-dog scenario.

The good news is that people are begining to awaken and question the current status-quo.  When enough people awaken, there will be enough momentum to create a positive systemic change.

  9. you bet ye, now the airlines start to nickle and dime us to death.
