Are you spost to wash spandex or is there a special way to do so so they dont gert ruined?

yes they are volleyball spandax that you wear to practice/game.

Wash them, and hang them to dry.  The heat from the dryer will ruin the elasticity of the material, and they will start to bag and stuff.

You can wash them normally - no special detergent or anything.  But DON'T throw them in a dryer.

I usually wash a whole load of spandex and let them air-dry. The heat is too harsh on the fabric. Or if there is a setting on your dryer for no heat do that.

Define ruined..anyways..I was them with the rest of my stuff, but i air dry them!

you can wash your spandex just like normal clothes...but i would avoid putting them in the dryer..just lay them out after their clean
