  1. It doesn't look like it. According the CA's site, http://education-portal.com/articles/All... it really seems to be intended purely for dropouts or those who see they won't manage to graduate.

    If you are asking because you want to start college early and are wondering how to accomplish that without a diploma, I know there are other ways (testing and the like) to demonstrate to a college that you would be a good student.
