Are you stocking up?

With everything that is happening in the world today. Are you stocking up for a disaster or hard times?

I am in full hoarding mode! I believe the things that should be over stocked are the following: sugar, wheat flour, yeast, all the fundamental components of bread and baked items,broad range medicines, the usual ammo, diesel fuel in small containers that are easy to work with and move,replacement parts for generators,vehicles,and communications None of it is much good, if you don't have a secret location that is fortified! For future trading include a well stocked liquor supply, and cold weather clothing!

Kind of the opposite.  Because we're on a close budget, we're buying only what we need now, and deferring purchases.

Yes, I am stocking up on toilet paper.  A few other things too.

Wish I could have stocked up on gasoline!

Well, I work for  a world class economist...and this year he's paying me to rip out his landscaping and plant food. His "defeat garden" he calls it. He doesn't think it's necessarily going to get too bad, but if it doesn't, it just means he'll have a lot of food to donate to the food bank.

So yes, I have been adding to my larder when I can, and planted my biggest vege garden ever. Never hurts to have a well stocked larder, and fresh vegetables always find a home. :)

The thing is some people are living from pay check to pay check. So if that is needed them lot won't be prepare. your car might run out of gas

If you are talking about saving cash, then yes. If you mean bulk buying food, then no.
