I personally don't have one because I'd have to peg the speedo out all of the time, but many riders weave in and out of stop and go traffic at high speeds doing wheelies and endos like they're in the movies. I would think that it would hurt to crash going a 100+ but maybe not, I don't know.

  1. first off not every rider is like that and second the first thing they teach you is that  speed is your friend the faster the speed the easier to keep the bike up...crashing will definitely hurt if you do it at 5 or 105mph you are not invisible... so take the safety courses and be safe..and watch out for the other drivers on the road

  2. The bike will only go as quick as your right hand will allow it.

    It really is that simple.

People say bikes are bad, but a car will only go as quick as your right foot allows. Both car and bike can do 30 / 100 or even 200 mph, it makes no differerence.

I got sick of numb nuts on the road, aswell as bad roads, pot holes, deisel spills, old people, man hole covers ..... etc, so started to ride just on the track.

The last x*x number of my bikes have been track bike as the road is [almost] boring now.

If you feel that you have to go to the max everytime / everywhere, then you need to get a bus pass, because there is no difference from bike to car. You just get there quicker on a bike.

  3. from this question i can tell that you're a cager. cager is a slang term that motorcycle riders use for those that sit in their cars and watch us motorcyclists have fun without them. i am both a cager and a motorcyclist, so don't take it personally. crotch rocket scientists are not suicidal, they simply have an URGE. everybody does. whether this urge is satisfied through endos at 100+ on the freeway, shagging some hot babe you met at the bar, cooking a fabulous meal for your family, closing a fat deal on the sales floor, or whatever it is that turns you on. i can guarantee you that while doing a 120 mph wheelie through traffic, you are thinking about absolutely nothing else but the task at hand, and the rest of the world -  with all it's problems, issues, and hangups just melts away. suicidal? i think not. this, my friend, is living, and living well.
